'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Contract Is A Fantastic Feeling

Joe Bunney has said that signing his first professional contract has given him a fantastic feeling and it's topped a perfect week.

The 19 year old earlier signed a two year deal at Rochdale after his debut and debut goal, and he's said he can't believe how far he has come in such a short period of time since joining the club on a non contract basis.

Speaking to the Official Site the striker explained.

'It's a fantastic feeling to come from non league into the pro game and especially to a club like this because this is a great club. I was saying to my mates the other day that it was just 6/7 months ago that I was playing college football and now it has come to this, so it's unbelievable really.'
