Lillis Named As No 1

Keith Hill has confirmed that Josh Lillis will be the club's number one goalkeeper next season.

Lillis remains contracted for next season and will be working closely with new goalkeeping coach and number two, Steve Collis, and the manager has said he's pleased to have them two as a unit for the new season.

Speaking to the Official Site Hill explains.

'There's a possibility that we might bring one or two goalkeepers in during pre season for Steve and myself to have a look at, but as it stands I'm more than happy to be working with Josh Lillis and Steve Collis. I see Josh as a goalkeeper who can fulfil what we require next season and beyond and he will be my number one. I think there's still developing to be done and he's still an outstanding prospect.'

Hill says that the most likely outcome is that the club will look to bring in another goalkeeper to work alongside and learn from Steve and Josh, otherwise they would actively look to loan in a keeper if Josh is injured.
