Henderson Signs Two Year Deal

Ian Henderson has signed a new two year deal at Rochdale and it will come into affect from July 1st.

The 28 year old joined the club at the end of February after being released by Colchester and quickly became a big part of Keith Hill's plans.

Since joining he made 12 appearances last season and found the net on 3 occasions.

Speaking to the Official Site assistant manager Chris Beech said.

'To get Ian on a two year deal is fantastic. What he brings to the club in terms of his physicality, his running ability, his goal scoring attributes and his professionalism on a daily basis will only aid and help us as a team.'

Beech adds that he also serves as a wonderful role model and mentor to theyounger lads at the club.
